“You can have the best looking app, but if it doesn’t work, no one is going to use it.”

This was quoted in the article. It struck me, and made me think ‘ya, no-duh’. Made me think that if I gave a critique and said ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ — I wouldn’t want to be quoted on that.
